Art.1 Terms of Use

Any person accessing the Site (hereafter referred to as « the User ») undertakes to comply with these general conditions of use, which may be supplemented by particular conditions for some services.
The Editor reserves the right to modify and update access to the Site and General Conditions at any moment. The User must comply with these modifications and updates and must therefore regularly refer to this section in order to ascertain which General Conditions apply.
The Editor reserves the right to modify or delete all or part of the Site or its content, without prior notice and without being required to inform the User beforehand that he may be liable as a consequence.
The Editor also reserves the right to suspend access to the Site temporarily e.g. for purposes of site maintenance


Art . 2 Intellectual property rights
 
2.1  Copyright and/or design and model rights concerning works and documents reproduced or published on the site

Reproductions, in electronic form or on paper, of the Site and of works and models reproduced thereon are authorized subject to the condition that they be strictly reserved for the personal use of the User excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial purposes and that they comply with the aforementioned provisions of article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code. With the exception of the aforementioned provisions, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by whatever means and on whatever medium, of all or part of the Site, of all or part of its constituent different works and models, without the prior consent of the Editor, is strictly prohibited and shall be deemed to be an act of infringement.
 
2.2    Trademarks law

The User shall not use even partly any reproduction, representation or imitation, of the names, designations and signs of any kind (logos or graphic trademarks), name of the products and/or services referred to or reproduced on the documents published on the Site by the Editor, without prior written consent by the owners of the trademarks referred to. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be deemed to be an act of infringement rendering the author liable to prosecution.

Moreover, the name « Publicis Events », as well as the names, logos and trade names pf companies of the group to which the Editor belongs are registered trademarks and as such protected in each of the countries where these companies are located. Therefore no reproduction, even of a partial nature, nor any representation may be made without the written consent of the Editor and the companies which are the owners of the aforementioned trademarks. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be deemed to be an act of infringement rendering the author liable to prosecution.

Art. 3 Image rights – Personality rights
 
The User may not make any reproduction, representation or any other use of the photos and films published on the Site without the written consent of the Editor. Any use of these documents, even of a partial nature, in violation of the aforementioned requirement, shall render the author liable to prosecution.
 
Art. 4 Hypertext links :

If you wish to set up a hypertext link to our Site, you must contact the Editor for permission. The Editor cannot be held responsible for the content of sites connected via a hypertext link from our Site.

Art. 5 Personal data

5.1. Any data collected is exclusively, unless otherwise indicated in the relevant forms, intended for PUBLICIS EVENTS, its subsidiaries or members of its commercial network for surveys, analyses, corporate communication or, if you have agreed, commercial proposals.
This information is confidential and shall be treated as such. It shall be kept for not longer than one year or, as appropriate, the period required to process the proposed recruitment offers.
In accordance with the Loi Informatique et Libertés (DataProtection Law) of 06/01/78 you have the right to access, correct and delete this data as well as the right to object to the processing thereof by sending a letter to the following address : 5 rue Feydeau – 75002 or by e-mail to contact@publicisevents.com
Your requests must be signed and accompanied by the photocopy of an official ID bearing the holder’s signature. The request must indicate the address to which the reply must be sent. PUBLICIS EVENTS has 2 (two) months after receipt of the request to send or supplement the information requested, or to delete it, as appropriate.
If you have agreed in our forms to receive by e-mail any information or prospectus from our company and companies of the PUBLICIS Group, you may at any time unsubscribe, either by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the emails you receive, or by sending an email headed “Unsubscribe” to the following address  : contact@publicisevents.com
 
5.2 In accordance with article 6 of the Law of 21 June 2004 for building confidence in the digital economy, the host shall keep your connection data, which are covered by professional secrecy and dealt with in accordance with the legal provisions on personal data when this data enables the Users to be identified.
